Many people ask me this question - how can I have more followers? How can I become a person of influence?

My answer is simple - serve powerfully, and influence will follow. 

People know that kings rule and people know that servants serve, but I propose that we need to rule like servants and we need to serve like kings. 

Ruling like servants. People who are under our authority, people who report to us - we need to rule with the attitude of servant leadership. With compassion and with love. 

And the people whom we serve, we need to serve like kings - with majesty, with power and with elegance. 

When we will rule like servants and when we will serve like kings, influence is just going to be the outcome.
