How often do we calculate in terms of losing? What am I going to lose if I don't invest here? What am I going to lose if I don't invest my time there? What am I going to lose? 

While we always calculate the cost of what am I going to get if I spend here, let's also look at what am I going to lose if I don't spend my time, my energy or my effort there.
