There have been tremendous debates - are leaders born or are they made? 

Every good seed has got a potential in it to flourish into a big tree and to bear much fruit and for that. the seed needs the right kind of nourishing and the right kind of ambience, right soil, water, sunlight. 

If you are a good seed, you have tremendous potential in you to grow and to flourish and bear much fruit.
